Convince me!

How do I convince  the client? What is so good about my proposal? In this week's lecture and seminar, I've learnt the importance of a sustainable development. As I ask myself how sustainable is my development in terms of social, economic and environment is? Indeed, the idea of development cannot be bias towards the client's needs. We were intimidated by how the current building in the proposed site has not undergo any development for quite some time. What makes my proposal so special?

I learnt that in order to achieve sustainability, it is a whole lot of aspects and criteria to be considered. I found out that every development involves money making. The most important is what is the product you are selling. Is it only for the sake of profit or guarantee comfort, low emittance of pollution, green building, safety, ratings, reviews, location wise, ease of movement and access? Or mainly profit? At the end, what makes my proposal so special is because I'm building a better quality of life, not pleasing the client and double his investment.
